My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville-Camp Lejeune Area By Ihg was exceptional. The hotel is brand new, and it was a pleasure to stay in such clean accommodations. The mattress provided an excellent night's sleep, and the breakfast area was well-stocked with fresh options, including a great variety of items. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist.

We had a great time enjoying the nice indoor pool, and the breakfast was tasty every morning with plenty of options. Our room was comfy with two queen beds, which was perfect for our large family, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have a few more healthy breakfast options for kids.

I appreciated the hotel's close proximity to museums and parks, making it super convenient for my family walks and sightseeing adventures, and the nearby dining options at Forkful and Outback Steakhouse were perfect for grabbing a meal after exploring the area. while everything was mostly great, the air conditioner didn’t work as well as it should have, but overall, it was a nice stay and suited our needs well.

The breakfast offered a variety of options which satisfied our mornings. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests during our stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was fairly maintained.

However, the overall accessibility of the room did not meet our expectations.
